Terms of Service

HellowUGC is a software platform through which creators, businesses and organisations can request, receive, review and export photos and videos. Contributors upload through a personal link without creating an account. The operator details below are temporary examples and must be replaced before commercial launch: HellowUGC B.V. HellowUGC provides the technical service. The creator determines the purpose of a request, selects recipients and decides how submitted content is used. The contributor decides whether to submit. Creators are responsible for a lawful request, clear instructions and use within the granted permission. HellowUGC is not a party to arrangements between creators and contributors.

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. Keep access details confidential and notify us promptly of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by HellowUGC. We may require verification or restrict access to protect users and the service.

Features and usage limits depend on the assigned plan and are shown in the product. Free limits may cover active requests, monthly files and contributors per link. If a limit is reached, new activity can be paused until capacity resets, a request is closed or the account is upgraded. We may prevent circumvention and excessive or automated use.

Paid plans are not yet available. Before launch, checkout will state the price, taxes, billing period, renewal, cancellation and included features. Unless stated otherwise, a paid subscription renews for the selected period until cancelled. Consumers retain mandatory rights, including any applicable 14-day withdrawal right; nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Creators and contributors retain their intellectual property. A contributor grants the named creator the non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence displayed at upload and recorded with that submission. The licence covers storage, selection, editing, combining, publication and sharing for the purpose described in the request, including websites, social media and other content channels. HellowUGC receives only the limited rights needed to operate, secure and support the service.

A contributor must have permission from copyright holders and identifiable people appearing in submitted content. Creators must assess portrait, privacy, music, trademark and other rights before publication, especially for children, paid advertising or sensitive contexts. A person under 16 may only submit through or with a parent or legal guardian.

Contributors may contact the creator or HellowUGC to request withdrawal, correction or deletion. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful use unlawful and may not remove copies already published or controlled by third parties, but creators must stop new use where legally required and take reasonable removal steps. Reports of unlawful or rights-infringing content can be sent through the contact page and will be assessed promptly.

Do not use HellowUGC for deception, harassment, spam, unlawful surveillance, exploitation, malware, illegal material or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not bypass security or plan limits. We may remove content, close requests or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary and will explain material action where the law permits.

The service is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and permanent storage are not guaranteed. Keep independent copies of important content. Rejected files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; other retention is described in the Privacy Policy. We may improve, replace or discontinue features while considering legitimate user interests.

Each party remains liable where liability cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, HellowUGC is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, third-party platform decisions or content disputes between a creator and contributor. We are not responsible for delay caused by events reasonably outside our control. Any contractual limitation does not apply to intent, deliberate recklessness or injury where exclusion is prohibited.

You may stop using HellowUGC and request account deletion. We may terminate or suspend access for serious breach, legal risk or security threats. Provisions that must survive, including permission records and liability terms, remain effective. Dutch law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protection.
